Terms of Use
Please read carefully before using DangleJoy
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of DangleJoy on all supported platforms, developed by Reconshield Network ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using DangleJoy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, Reconshield Network grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DangleJoy on one device per purchase. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute or sell the application
- Reverse engineer or extract the source code
- Use the app on more than one device per license
- Transfer your license to another person
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without written permission
2. Platform Availability
DangleJoy is available on the following platforms. Each platform may have additional rules governed by the respective app store:

Features may vary slightly between platforms due to operating system capabilities.
3. Purchase & Payment
DangleJoy is a paid app priced at USD $4.99 (or equivalent in your local currency). This is a one-time payment — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
- Direct purchase — license key emailed after PayPal or ToyyibPay payment
- App Store / Play Store / Microsoft Store — payment handled by Apple, Google or Microsoft respectively. Their purchase terms apply.
Keep your license key safe — it cannot be regenerated.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in these cases:
- The app fails to function on a supported OS version
- You were charged but did not receive a license key
- Duplicate charges occurred
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase at support@danglejoy.com.
For App Store, Play Store or Microsoft Store purchases, refund requests must be directed to Apple, Google or Microsoft respectively as per their refund policies.
5. Custom Charm Uploads
DangleJoy allows you to upload your own images as personal charms. By uploading an image you confirm that:
- You own the image or have the right to use it
- The image does not violate any third-party copyright or trademark
- The image does not contain offensive, illegal or harmful content
All custom charm images are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
6. Content & Cultural Respect
DangleJoy displays cultural, religious and celebrity imagery for entertainment and decorative purposes. We deeply respect all cultures and religions represented in our charm library. Charms may be added, modified or removed at any time without entitlement to a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos and app content are the property of Reconshield Network or used under appropriate licences. The DangleJoy name and logo are trademarks of Reconshield Network.
8. Limitation of Liability
DangleJoy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Reconshield Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
9. Updates
We may update DangleJoy at any time to add features or fix bugs. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
