Reconshield Network ("we", "us", "our") operates DangleJoy. DangleJoy is designed with privacy in mind and collects as little personal information as possible.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download, install and use DangleJoy.

1. Apple App Store Version — macOS / iOS

DangleJoy does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data from users of the Apple App Store version.

No DangleJoy account is required to download or use the Apple App Store version.

We do not collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your location
• Your contacts
• Your browsing history
• Advertising identifiers
• Device identifiers for tracking
• Photos or images selected for custom charms
• Personal files or documents
• Camera or microphone recordings
• Personal information for advertising purposes

Purchases and downloads made through the Apple App Store are handled directly by Apple and are subject to Apple's own privacy policies.

2. Custom Photos & Personal Charms

DangleJoy allows you to select your own photo or image and turn it into a personal desktop charm.

Photos and images selected for custom charms are processed and stored locally on your device.

Your personal photos are not uploaded to DangleJoy servers.

DangleJoy does not:

• Upload your personal charm photos to our servers
• View your personal photos
• Share your personal photos
• Use your photos for advertising
• Use your photos to train AI systems

3. DangleJoy Charm Content

DangleJoy may connect to the internet to retrieve DangleJoy content, such as available charm images, app information or other content required for the app to operate.

These connections are used to provide DangleJoy functionality and are not used to create advertising profiles or track you across third-party apps or websites.

4. Android Version

The Android version of DangleJoy may require an email address for product activation.

Your email address may be used to:

• Provide your DangleJoy activation code
• Verify your activation
• Restore or validate your activation when necessary
• Provide customer support
• Send important information related to your activation or purchase

We do not sell, rent or trade your email address.

We do not use your email address for third-party advertising.

Other personal information is not collected by DangleJoy unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting customer support.

5. Payments

Purchases made through an app store are processed by the respective platform provider.

• Apple App Store — Apple handles applicable macOS and iOS purchases.
• Google Play — Google handles applicable Android purchases.

DangleJoy does not receive or store your full credit card or debit card information from app store purchases.

Apple and Google process payment information according to their respective privacy policies and terms.

6. Analytics, Advertising & Tracking

DangleJoy does not sell your personal information.

DangleJoy does not use your personal information for targeted advertising.

We do not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent personal information to third parties.

Information may only be disclosed where required by applicable law or when necessary to protect the security and operation of our services.

8. Children's Privacy

DangleJoy is a desktop and device personalization application.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Apple App Store version does not require a DangleJoy account, email address or other personal information to use the app.

If you believe personal information has been provided to us by a child, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, remove the information.

9. Data Security

Custom charm photos used in the Apple App Store version remain locally on your device and are not uploaded to DangleJoy servers.

For Android activation, we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information transmitted to our systems.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Apple App Store users do not need to provide personal information directly to DangleJoy to use the app.

If you use the Android version and have provided an email address for activation, you may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your activation, where applicable.

Please note that deleting activation information may affect our ability to verify or restore your DangleJoy activation.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if DangleJoy features, services or privacy practices change.

Any changes will be published on this page together with an updated revision date.
